We absolutely loved our stay at this centrally located apartment. The facilities were exceptional, including a "real" coffee machine, quality linen and towels, and comfortable beds that could be arranged to our preference. The apartment was clean, modern, and had thoughtful touches like complimentary biscuits, shower wash, makeup wipes. The close proximity to the waterfront, restaurants, and main shopping areas made exploring the city a breeze. We also appreciated the secure underground car park, which allowed us to conveniently walk everywhere.
The entrance to the car park was a bit steep and could be challenging to navigate for some guests.

The apartment had a great location, just a few steps from the promenade. It was really convenient to be so close to the beach and the restaurants. The apartment was very spacious, which was a pleasant surprise. It gave us plenty of room to relax and enjoy our stay. The kitchen appliances and staples provided by the owner were a nice touch. It made it easy for us to prepare our own meals and saved us money on eating out.
The bed in the apartment was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The sheets on the bed were of very low quality.

The location of this property was absolutely amazing! It was walking distance to all the best things the CBD had to offer. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a great stay. The manager of the apartment was extremely helpful and provided excellent advice for our visit. We also appreciated having a car park available, ensuring the safety of our vehicle.
One minor inconvenience was the fact that the building was covered in scaffolding during our stay, which meant that the balcony couldn't be used and the apartment was a bit dark. Additionally, the garage was a bit difficult to access due to the construction.

This apartment is the perfect base for backpackers exploring the city. Its central location means easy access to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Guests are impressed by the tasteful decor and the well-appointed kitchen, complete with quality appliances. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, offering extras like a Wi-Fi speaker system and a coffee maker. The friendly and helpful staff add to the overall positive experience.
The process of negotiating arrival time and meeting the host in person for key collection can be slightly inconvenient for busy backpackers.

loved my second stay in geelong at pierpoint 401! the apartment is beautiful, and the owner really thought of everything. great location by the waterfront and close to uni, restaurants, shopping center, and the beach. plenty of space for four people, and the rooms were clean and comfy. loved having a parking spot too, as parking is tough in geelong.
Noisy street below main bedroom.

My bridesmaids and I stayed at Pierpoint 401 for our wedding weekend. The apartment provided plenty of room and light for us to get ready. Afterward, my new husband and I stayed for a relaxing night. The location, right in front of Cunningham Pier, was beautiful and convenient. The facilities were excellent, with a coffee machine, ample crockery, and kitchen utensils provided. The off-street secure parking was a bonus, and the host, Paul, was friendly and helpful. we thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay.
Would recommend this hotel.

The apartment itself was exceptional, with attention to every little detail. The hosts had thought of everything a traveler could possibly forget, providing all the essentials from dishwashing liquid to makeup remover wipes. The generosity of provisions, such as cereal, tea, and coffee, was unexpected and greatly appreciated. The hotel's central location allowed for easy access to shops, coffee outlets, and restaurants.
